5.2 Job Seekers

When applying for jobs, you confirm that:

  • Any qualifications claimed are genuine

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial months

6.2 Job Boosts

  • Job Boosts are one-time purchases
  • Boosts are non-refundable once applied

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Dancers Jobs platform, including its design, logo, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, jobs, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimer

Dancers Jobs is a platform that connects users. We do not:

  • Employ any dancers or teachers listed on the platform
  • Guarantee the accuracy of job listings or profiles
  • Verify the credentials of users
  • Guarantee successful job placements

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when hiring or accepting work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
