Sabrina Plazas

I am deeply passionate about dance and teaching, and I strongly believe in the power of movement as a form of expression, confidence-building and personal growth. Teaching adults in heels, commercial and street dance is incredibly rewarding, as I have the opportunity to support individuals in developing not only their technique, but also their self-confidence, performance quality and sense of empowerment. I take great pride in creating a welcoming and inclusive class environment where every dancer feels comfortable, supported and inspired to push their boundaries. Watching students grow in confidence, style and stage presence is one of the most fulfilling aspects of what I do. Beyond my own classes, I enjoy dancing myself and learning from other instructors, as I believe collaboration and shared creativity elevate the entire dance community. I find real joy in exchanging ideas, mentoring where possible, and contributing to a positive, motivating space where both teachers and students feel empowered to grow and express themselves.
